What goes into a Toast & Tape film.

Guest footage is loose and loud and full of people talking over each other. That is the point. Here is how we shape it.

Six chapters, one weekend

Most films follow the weekend in order. Yours can be 3 to 5 minutes or 5 to 7, depending on the package.

Arrivals Chapter 1
Hugs in the driveway, welcome drinks, the rehearsal dinner.
Getting ready Chapter 2
Steamers, playlists, a quiet minute with a parent.
The ceremony Chapter 3
The walk, the vows, the kiss, the exit.
The toasts Chapter 4
Every speech in full in your raw footage, the best lines in your film.
The party Chapter 5
First dance through last song, from inside the crowd.
The morning after Chapter 6
Brunch, goodbyes and everyone's version of last night.

The shot list in every box

Hand it to your camera crew on day one. They can ignore half of it and you will still have plenty.

  • The dress going on
  • A note from each parent
  • Walking down the aisle
  • The vows, start to finish
  • The exit
  • Cocktail hour hellos
  • Every toast
  • First dance
  • Cake cutting
  • A lap of the dance floor every hour
  • Messages from guests to camera
  • The send off

Finished films will live here.

We are a new company and we will not post a wedding that is not ours to show. As our first couples say yes to sharing, their films go on this page.
