Your box arrives
The kit lands 3 to 4 days before the wedding. The camcorder is ready to film the moment you open it, with a charged battery and an empty memory card already loaded.
Spare batteries ride along too. Each one lasts about 3 hours of filming, and there is a charger in the box in case the weekend runs long.
Film a test clip
The camcorder is built for people who have never held one. Still, take a minute before the weekend starts to film something short and play it back.
The quick start card walks you through it, and a QR code on the camcorder opens a short video tutorial.
Pick your camera crew
Your footage is best when the right people are holding the camcorder. A bridesmaid while you get ready. An aunt with a steady hand for the ceremony. Your brother on the dance floor.
The shot list in your box covers the moments couples most often wish they had on tape, so the vows and the toasts never go missing.
Film the weekend
The camcorder is charged, tested and in good hands. Now it just gets passed around.
Each memory card holds about 8 hours of 4K. If something goes sideways during the weekend, message us and we will help you sort it out quickly.
Send it back
Pack everything into the box it came in, stick the prepaid label on the outside and drop it off. The last day of your rental is the deadline, which is normally within 72 hours of the wedding.
Check the box for the charger, batteries and bag before you seal it.
We edit
When the box gets back to us, we copy and back up everything, then sort your clips by moment. You receive the organized raw footage in 2 to 3 weeks.
Your film comes next. An editor cuts it over the following 5 to 7 weeks using the notes you gave us when you reserved.

FAQs
How early should we reserve?
As soon as you know you want it. Four to six months ahead is the safe window for weddings from May through October. Short notice is fine too, as long as a camcorder is free for your dates.
Do we pay when we reserve?
No. Reserving sends us your date and package. We check that a camcorder is free that week, then email you a confirmation and an invoice.
When does the box arrive?
On or before the first day of your rental, which is usually 3 to 4 days before the wedding. That leaves time for a test clip.
Can guests who have never filmed anything use it?
Yes. The buttons are labeled, the quick start card takes a minute to read and there is a short video tutorial behind a QR code on the camcorder. Press the red button and point.
What if something is wrong with the camcorder when it arrives?
We test and charge every kit before it ships. Film a short test clip when the box lands. If anything looks off, message us right away and we will rush a replacement.
What if it gets lost or broken at the wedding?
Dance floors happen. The camcorder and everything in the kit do need to come back in working shape. Lost or damaged items are billed at replacement cost under the rental terms.
When do we get our footage and film?
Your sorted raw footage arrives 2 to 3 weeks after the box gets back to us. The finished film follows 5 to 7 weeks after that, depending on the season.
Can we add more camcorders or a longer film?
Yes. For big guest lists, destination weddings or celebrations that run several days, send us a note and we will put together a kit that fits.
We lost the return label. Now what?
No problem. Send us a note and we will email a new one.
